Akshay Bansod

I’m a software architect with more than fourteen years of designing and shipping production systems. I lead Codebrains and write about applied AI: where a model fits, how to test it, and what it is allowed to decide.

My work has included low-latency services, cloud-native and event-driven architecture, architecture governance, and leading teams from a working demo to a system they can operate. Most of that experience is in retail and sport tech; for the last three years I have been working on a sport tech business.

Earlier work covered banking and finance, insurance, energy, and vehicle configuration. I’m based in Pune, India.
